SMS Notifications Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

NarrowGateX operates a transactional, non-marketing SMS notification program. These messages are sent to help you stay informed about activity, alerts, and updates within your NarrowGateX account. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages. All messages are directly related to your use of the NarrowGateX platform.

2. Types of Messages

You may receive SMS notifications related to:

• Account alerts: login activity, security notices, and account status changes
• Contract & renewal reminders: upcoming expirations and renewal windows for vendor contracts
• Invoice & spend alerts: billing anomalies, invoice approvals, and spend threshold notifications
• Task & workflow notifications: assigned tasks, workflow completions, and action items requiring your attention
• Vendor updates: changes to vendor records, service status, or tracked vendor activity
• System-generated insights: platform-detected patterns or recommendations based on your data

5. How to Opt In

NarrowGateX SMS notifications are enabled only inside the authenticated NarrowGateX platform. SMS notifications are disabled by default and require affirmative user action. Users must enter their mobile number, enable SMS notifications, review the consent disclosure shown at the point of opt-in, and save their settings before any SMS messages are sent.

To opt in, you must take the following steps within the NarrowGateX platform:

1. Log in to your NarrowGateX account at app.narrowgatex.com
2. Open your Profile or Notification / Signal Settings
3. Enter your mobile phone number in the SMS notifications field
4. Enable the SMS notifications toggle or checkbox
5. Review the consent disclosure displayed adjacent to the opt-in control
6. Save your settings to confirm consent

SMS opt-in is explicit and requires your affirmative action. You will not be enrolled without completing this process. The public website does not include a public SMS signup form.

The following disclosure is shown to the authenticated user at the point of SMS opt-in:

"By providing your mobile number and enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive transactional SMS messages from NarrowGateX regarding account activity, platform alerts, vendor activity, contract and renewal reminders, invoice notifications, assigned tasks, and operational system notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help."

8. Supported Carriers

NarrowGateX SMS notifications are available through all major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability may vary. NarrowGateX and participating carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. SMS Consent & Data Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver the transactional notifications described in these terms. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these SMS Terms & Conditions as needed to reflect changes in our program or carrier requirements. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of SMS notifications after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
