Fair Use Policy
This Fair Use Policy describes the usage allowances included with each NarrowGateX subscription plan and the overage rates that apply when usage exceeds those allowances. It is incorporated by reference into the NarrowGateX Master Services Agreement and Order Form.
1. Plan Allowances
Each subscription plan includes the following monthly allowances. Usage is measured per billing month across all managed locations on the account.

NGX Enterprise allowances are scoped individually based on the client's environment and are set forth in the applicable Order Form.
2. Overage Rates
If usage on any plan exceeds the allowances above in a given billing month, the following overage rates apply:
- Managed locations: $35 per additional location per month, prorated for partial months. This rate applies to all subscription plans, including NGX Command.
- Authorized users: $25 per additional user seat per month.
- Processing volume: $0.10 per processing page.
- Storage: $0.20 per GB retained per month.
- Notifications: $0.01 per notification.
Overage charges are billed in arrears on the following month's invoice. Exceeding an allowance does not trigger a forced plan change; clients may elect to upgrade to a higher plan at any time to access a higher allowance at the applicable plan rate.
NGX Enterprise: An Elective Upgrade Path
Clients on NGX Command who exceed 300 managed locations continue to be billed under the per-location overage rate above and are not required to change plans. Where a client's location count or anticipated growth indicates that NGX Enterprise would better fit their needs, NarrowGateX may recommend, and the client may separately request, a transition to NGX Enterprise under individually negotiated pricing and terms. NGX Enterprise is also available for clients with complex multi-entity or portfolio structures, regardless of location count.
3. Reasonable Use
NarrowGateX plans are designed for normal business use of the platform by the included number of authorized users at the included number of managed locations. The allowances above are intended to comfortably cover typical usage patterns for organizations of the corresponding size.
NarrowGateX reserves the right to review accounts whose usage substantially and consistently exceeds the patterns expected for their plan, and to discuss an appropriate plan or pricing adjustment with the client in accordance with the fee change provisions of the Master Services Agreement.
4. Changes to This Policy
NarrowGateX may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in plan allowances, overage rates, or platform usage patterns. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify clients in accordance with the Master Services Agreement.
