Fair Use Policy
This Fair Use Policy describes the operational allowances included with each NarrowGateX subscription. It is incorporated by reference into the NarrowGateX Master Services Agreement and Order Form. It sets no prices: subscription pricing is published on the pricing page.
1. Allowances
Each subscription level includes the following monthly allowances, by the number of locations it includes. Usage is measured per billing month across all locations on the account.

Above 300 locations, or for a multi-entity estate, the subscription and its allowances are scoped individually and set out in the applicable Order Form.
2. Pricing
Subscriptions are priced by the number of locations in the record, not by user seats. The subscription levels, the charge for additional locations and the term are published on the pricing page. This policy adds no charges of its own.
3. Reasonable Use
NarrowGateX subscriptions are designed for normal business use of the platform by the people who work on your technology estate, at the locations in your record. The allowances above are intended to comfortably cover typical usage for an estate of the corresponding size.
NarrowGateX reserves the right to review accounts whose usage substantially and consistently exceeds the patterns expected for their subscription level, and to discuss an appropriate adjustment with the client in accordance with the fee change provisions of the Master Services Agreement.
4. Changes to This Policy
NarrowGateX may update this Fair Use Policy from time to time to reflect changes in allowances or platform usage patterns. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and notify clients in accordance with the Master Services Agreement.
