What a NarrowGateX relationship costs.
Two things you pay for, and one way in that needs no term. You should not need a call to find out how we charge.
NarrowGateX is the Technology Intelligence Platform: software, AI workers and an accountable advisor.
- 01
Subscription
The relationshipThe platform, the AI workers and an advisor, in one subscription. We answer alerts and escalations as they happen, and run strategic business reviews on a cadence set by the size and complexity of your estate. The advisor is not an add-on and not an escalation path.
Judgment is inside the subscription and provider compensation only ever appears in execution, so what we recommend is not connected to what we are paid.
Onboarding is one month's subscription, charged once and not recurring, and that charge is what pays for the Technology Baseline: the evidence-backed record of every location, provider, service, contract and spend figure, graded, that everything afterward is measured against.

Execution
When a decision warrants actionWhen a decision warrants action: sourcing, renegotiation, consolidation, modernization. Most execution work is funded by the provider, at no cost to you. Where it isn't, we scope it before it starts, sometimes against savings you realize. Compensation is disclosed either way, and it never determines the recommendation.
Usually no cost to youScoped before it starts
Take the Baseline and decide afterward.
You do not have to start an annual term to find out what is true about your estate. The Technology Baseline is available on its own, at two months' subscription charged once, and it is yours to keep: the same record, the same grading, the same evidence attached to every line.
Buy it, read it, and decide about a subscription afterward. If you go on to one, you already have the record it would have started with.
Subscribe within 90 days and that charge covers your onboarding and your first month. Two months' subscription is one month of onboarding plus one month of subscription, so nothing is spent twice.
A managed location is a physical or logical site, branch, or entity where technology services and vendors are tracked inside NGX.
Included locations set the monthly rate.
Each plan includes a managed-location allowance. If the active count exceeds it, additional locations are billed at $35 per location per month. The plan does not change automatically.
The platform rate is flat and predictable.
It follows the plan you choose and the number of locations active in it. Nothing else moves it.
| Plan | Monthly | Locations included | Built for | Get started |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NGX Core | $995/month | 15 locations | A first record of the estate, for a smaller or single-region footprint. | Scope a Baseline |
| NGX Plus | $1,795/month | 50 locations | Platform access for growing multi-site teams. | Scope a Baseline |
| NGX Control | $2,995/month | 100 locations | Deeper visibility and workflows for established multi-site operations. | Scope a Baseline |
| NGX Command | $4,495/month | 300 locations | Enterprise-grade operating control for large, complex footprints. | Scope a Baseline |
| NGX Enterprise | Custom | Custom | For complex multi-entity and portfolio structures with custom scope. | Contact Sales |
Each plan includes the location count shown. Active locations above it are billed at $35 per location per month. We offer annual and multi-year terms at a lower rate. Complex multi-entity and portfolio structures use NGX Enterprise.
The monthly minimum is a floor, not a per-location price. It covers the platform, the workers and an advisor, and an advisor costs the same whether the estate is twelve locations or fifteen.

The Baseline first, then the cycle.
Every engagement begins by establishing what is true about the environment. From there the work runs as a continuous cycle: benchmark the position, decide what is warranted, execute where it is, and govern what follows.
See how the model worksQuestions about scope, provider compensation or how the layers combine are answered on the FAQ. If you are building the business case, the finance view covers how the numbers are evidenced.
Built for multi-client advisor workflows.
For advisors and partners managing multiple client environments. Includes multi-client management, advisor tools, portfolio visibility, and cross-client reporting. Pricing is scoped to the partner model and client portfolio.
What the subscription actually maintains.
The platform is not a license to log into something. It is the layer that keeps the record true between conversations, and it is what makes an advisory relationship continuous rather than periodic.
- The operating record, kept current as new documents and data arrive
- The evidence behind every fact, with its source attached and its grade visible
- Market evidence and the comparisons drawn from it
- Continuous worker activity: reading, reconciling, watching dates and surfacing gaps
- Decision history, including the alternatives and the reasoning
- The governance that keeps all of it from drifting once a project ends
